Excel to PDF Converter
Convert Excel to PDF with the options people actually need: fit all columns on one page width, landscape or portrait, A4 or Letter, gridlines on or off, and the header row repeated on every page.
Your files are processed on your device and never sent to a server.
How to use Excel to PDF
Click "Choose a file" and pick an .xlsx, .xls, .xlsm or .csv file.
Choose the sheet (or All sheets), orientation and page size. Keep "Fit all columns on one page width" ticked for wide sheets.
Click "Convert to PDF" and the PDF downloads.
When to use Excel to PDF
- Sharing reports. Send sales, attendance or fee reports that look the same everywhere.
- Printing wide sheets. Fit to width avoids columns spilling onto extra pages.
- Submitting statements. Portals and offices often want PDF rather than Excel.
Limits and privacy
- Values are exported as Excel displays them. Cell colours, merged cells, charts and images are not copied; the PDF uses a clean table style.
- The PDF uses standard fonts, so Tamil and Hindi text may not display. For those, open the file in Excel or Google Sheets and use File > Download > PDF.
- One file at a time, up to 25MB. Files are read in your browser and never sent to a server. Nothing is stored after you close the page.
Frequently asked questions
How do I fit an Excel sheet on one PDF page?
Keep "Fit all columns on one page width" ticked and choose Landscape (or Auto, which switches to landscape for sheets with more than six columns). The text size is reduced just enough for every column to fit across the page. Long sheets still flow onto more pages, with the header repeated.
Can I convert all sheets?
Yes. Choose "All sheets" in the Sheet list and each sheet starts on a new page of the same PDF, with its name at the top.
Are colours and borders kept?
Not the original ones. The PDF uses a clean table with optional gridlines and a highlighted header row, which prints well. Cell fill colours, fonts, merged cells, charts and pictures from Excel are not copied. For an exact copy, use Excel's own Save as PDF.
Is my file sent to a server?
No. The spreadsheet is read and the PDF is created in your browser.
