2. Description of Service
BA Convert provides a free browser-based image conversion and compression service. All processing occurs locally in your browser. No images are uploaded to any server.
3. Free to Use
BA Convert is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional paid features in the future but core conversion features will always remain free.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use BA Convert only for lawful purposes. You must not use this service to process or distribute illegal harmful or offensive content. You are solely responsible for the images you convert.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all images you convert using BA Convert. We claim no rights over your files. The BA Convert name logo and website design are owned by the creator and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
BA Convert is provided as is without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for any loss of data or damages resulting from use of this service.
7. Limitation of Liability
BA Convert and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of BA Convert after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai Tamil Nadu India.
