You do not need a scanner or a scanning app to send documents as a PDF. Photos taken with your phone camera can be combined into one PDF in your browser, ready to email or upload.
Open JPG to PDF →Turn JPG photos into one PDF. Free, files stay on your device.Take good photos
- Place the document on a dark, plain surface so the edges are clear.
- Use daylight, not the flash, to avoid glare.
- Hold the phone straight above the page so the text is not slanted.
- Take one photo per page, in order.
Combine them into a PDF
- Open JPG to PDF in your phone browser and choose the photos (iPhone HEIC photos work too).
- Drag them into the right order and pick A4 page size with a small margin.
- Tap "Create PDF" and download the single PDF.
- If the portal has a size limit, open Compress PDF and choose a target such as 200 KB or 500 KB.
